Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

During peak seasons, high-volume periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been shipped. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, or external factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where available, this email will also include tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier or logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume holiday periods
  • Operational delays outside our control

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@tavashop.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tava is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Carrier inability to deliver to the provided address

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Tava is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Confirm the address used at checkout.
  3. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
